Important, plainly stated
- Everything BillCleaner surfaces is informational. We flag items worth reviewing — we do not claim a legitimate charge is an error.
- All savings figures are estimates until realized. Providers set their own pricing and may decline a request.
- BillCleaner never cancels services, accepts contracts, authorizes changes, or moves money for you. You make every decision.
- Optional is not the same as unnecessary. We label add-ons as optional so you can decide.
Informational service
BillCleaner reviews bills you provide and points out charges that may be worth reviewing. Findings are informational only and are not legal, financial or tax advice. A flagged item is not a claim that a charge is an error.
No guarantees
Estimated savings are estimates. We do not guarantee any savings, refunds, credits or that any billing error exists. Results depend on your provider.
You stay in control
BillCleaner does not cancel services, accept contracts, change plans or move money on your behalf. You decide whether to contact your provider.
Cancel Assist
Cancel Assist provides scripts, checklists and tracking to help you cancel services yourself. BillCleaner does not contact providers, cancel contracts, accept terms, collect provider account credentials or make financial transactions for you. A charge not appearing on a later bill is not confirmation of cancellation; only your provider can confirm it.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Your content
You must have the right to upload the documents you provide. You can delete them at any time.
