Step 1 · Upload the statement
Drag a PDF in from your computer or use your phone camera. We accept the bill exactly as your provider sent it.
Uploads are treated as sensitive financial documents. They are never public and you can delete them at any time.
Step 2 · Every line gets read
BillCleaner groups charges into core service, add-ons, equipment rentals, taxes, fees, promotions and one-offs.
Where a prior statement exists, we compare line by line so a $3 creep doesn't hide inside a $200 total.
Step 3 · You get findings and a script
Each item is explained in plain English with an estimated monthly and annual impact, plus what you can reasonably ask for.
We never claim a legitimate charge is an error, and optional services are labeled optional — not unnecessary.
Step 4 · Bill Watch keeps looking
Save the bill and BillCleaner watches for increases, new charges and promo expirations on future statements.

Important, plainly stated
- Everything BillCleaner surfaces is informational. We flag items worth reviewing — we do not claim a legitimate charge is an error.
- All savings figures are estimates until realized. Providers set their own pricing and may decline a request.
- BillCleaner never cancels services, accepts contracts, authorizes changes, or moves money for you. You make every decision.
- Optional is not the same as unnecessary. We label add-ons as optional so you can decide.
